It’s 2025, and at Proof of Workforce, we are already putting in Proof of Work. Yesterday, I presented to a local union that has taken it’s first step in its Bitcoin journey. As many of you are aware, orange-pilling an individual is difficult enough. Navigating an entire organization, chalked full of individual views, ideas, and opinions is an art form. Lucky for us, it is an art form we have been perfecting since our inception. This January will see Proof of Workforce engaging with over a half-dozen unions.
A theme for 2025 is “No Worker Left Behind.” But, what does that even mean?
Let’s start with what it doesn’t mean. It doesn’t mean we are going to be able to orange pill every wage-earner, worker or union in 2025. Thats our goal, but as they say we shoot for the “God Candle” and land somewhere amongst a green candle. Or wait, its shoot for the moon, land among the stars. You get what I mean.
“No worker left behind,” is a sub-theme our movement called Proof of Workforce, with the goal of exposing every worker and wage-earner in the world to Bitcoin education and roads to education-based Bitcoin adoption. It is simply getting our resources and movement out far enough into the world, so that no worker misses the opportunity to walk through a door; a door that will open up a world of sovereignty, wealth preservation and the ability to transact peer-to-peer, worker to worker. It opens the door to the Bitcoin Network, and the other wage-earners who use it as a shield, in a fiat dominated world that has consistently extracted the wage-earner’s time and energy.
We are off to a decent start. Proof of Workforce has reached workers, in person, on multiple continents, with a half dozen unions and a large pension that has benefitted from our efforts through education-based Bitcoin initiatives. Our initiatives have an average rank and file passage rate of over 85%. Our movement is gaining steam and our resources and tools are getting better and better. Also keep in mind that our Board of Directors is an all-star cast, with a broad range of experience in Bitcoin across sectors like unions, pensions, compliance, mining, energy and beyond. Our board has been pivotal to our success, and an invaluable tool for the unions depending on us to navigate their Bitcoin journey.
We have launched a Proof of Workforce Steward Program, where key members of a union, that were pivotal in their union adopting Bitcoin, utilizing our initiatives and resources, can assist other unions with adopting a Proof of Workforce Initiative or Initiative of their own.
Can we use some help? Of course. Your support accelerates our ability to reach the workers and the wage-earners of the world, before the Finks and the Dimons make their run at Bitcoin (P.S. a run that already begun). Thats ok, because we started first, with a handful of unions and workers that adopted Bitcoin before Wall Street. Also, believe it or not, our numbers and resources are, collectively, greater. Whether it is helping us find donors, or spreading the word, your support has allowed more wage-earners and unions to locate our nonprofit.
The Proof of Workforce Association , a member platform, is live, living now as an exclusive newsletter on Substack. This is a no-cost resource for members of unions that have utilized Proof of Workforce to adopt Bitcoin. However, members of this Bitcoin Union, the first of its kind, will be a part of something special over the next decade and beyond! At this time, subscriptions require email verification from your local union, once they have adopted Bitcoin and activated their no-cost membership.
We have some great things in the pipeline. Stay tuned. Proof of Workforce is rolling, and no worker/wage-earner will be left behind. And, we will hopefully expand our no-cost membership platform to non-union wage-earners/workers once we can accelerate the build out of our platform.
This is interesting I am not for Federally-funded or State-funded Unions. I am however for privately-funded Unions using Bitcoin. So, that at least, I can compromise on.
